Founder of The Age Move
Hope's commitment to professionalism and service began long before her career. As a child, she was greatly influenced by her Aunt Ozie Harbin, whose professionalism, integrity, and work ethic helped shape Hope's approach to leadership and customer service. Aunt Ozie served as secretary to Judge Pratt in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and later worked with former U.S. Congressman Howard Wolpe. Through these experiences, Hope gained early exposure to leadership, public service, and community involvement. Drawn by her passion for enriching the lives of older adults, Hope transitioned into senior living, where she has spent well over a decade creating engaging programs and meaningful experiences for residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities.
